The guides move a person progressively forward until they are active in leadership within the cell. This first guide allows you to find out what they know and what are the key areas that they will need to work on, in their walk with Christ. It also helps them to begin to realistically look at their lives and begin to plan in Christ the things that need to change. This lasts 11 weeks and challenges people to see their values come to reflect the values of Jesus and His Kingdom. It takes a person through the lessons necessary to listen to God, be part of a healthy ‘cell’ and live in community whilst at the same time covering key areas of dealing with attitudes and strongholds.
