This simple and easy to use guide will help you and the person you are mentoring to discover where they are in relation to leading a small group. It provides insight into what they have done already in small group ministries whilst setting out simple and obtainable areas to concentrate on for personal development.

This guide, like the first, allows you to see how a person is progressing in their walk with Christ. It gives a person three key areas to concentrate on in their spiritual journey, that is a result of their own honest assessment. A Journey Guide For New Believers
The guides move a person progressively forward until they are active in leadership within the cell. This first guide allows you to find out what they know and what are the key areas that they will need to work on, in their walk with Christ. It also helps them to begin to realistically look at their lives and begin to plan in Christ the things that need to change. It is covered in one session and has a simple guide on how to use it that is available from the office.
Begining the Journey
To establish key messages and practices within a new Christians life To establish a mentoring relationship To allow the individual to ask and deal with awkward questions in a safe environment whilst growing in the cell To set a standard and norm for the rest of their life regarding importance of development and growth.
Mentoring Another Christian
This provides a person with practical tools and tips so that they can effectively mentor another Christian. They will become a mentor who is both trusted as a friend and confidant as they learn how to listen effectively, share expectations and feelings, and how to pray for others.
The Arrival Kit
This lasts 11 weeks and challenges people to see their values come to reflect the values of Jesus and His Kingdom. It takes a person through the lessons necessary to listen to God, be part of a healthy ‘cell’ and live in community whilst at the same time covering key areas of dealing with attitudes and strongholds. Each week has two memory verses and the back of the book contains a mentor’s guide on what questions to ask.
